i think the general consensus will be to do cardio to loose weight.
Especially the amount that you want to loose.
We have a excellent diet section you can post your diet there.
Cardio is self explanatory in nature.

Go on the treadmill.
If this is just a new years reso where your going to do a 6 week cycle of clen. Melt the fat off and then be back at 265 next year. Obviously don't do it.
If you do cardio and train eat properly for one year.
You will get down to 225/ Then next year you can use AAS because you have proven you can stick to a plan.(and do more research in that time)

umm is this dude serious? your gonna risk damage to your heart just to be fit? clen makes u unfit, you should be trying everything u can before u touch clen,t4,dnp,aas...
