Please help!
I need help for a friend that is a minor league baeball player for Boston and I need to gain 20 pounds in about a month in a half. I train everyday with our trainer 10-2pm that includes cardio. I need to know how many cal prot carbs fat to eat to gain 20. I can't take any suppliments anymore bc we get tested all the time! I am 22 6'1 205 lbs. Please let me know what I should be consuming. I really appreciate it. Thx

If your gonna say its for a friend, you should leave out the "i need this", and "I need that". doesnt help your "helping a friend" story. but anyway...
your tested for supplements? protein shakes? creatine? unless you mean gear.
20 lbs in a month and a half is gonna be HARD it will have to be somewhat sloppy as far as lean mass gains. gonna have a significant amount of fat in that 20 lbs.
the diet forum will be able to break some diets down for you so check them out. also working out 10-2 is gonna be though to gain on. but diet will have alot to do with it. good luck bro.
