I started working out and dieting on September 21st 2009 i had never worked out before... I weighed 240 lbs and i started this work out of course to be in better shape but also so that i could cut weight to around 170-180 so that I can get in the air force...
I am now at 190 and can run a mile without stopping
But going into the new year i really want to get a cycle that i can get cut up and stronger on so that i can train harder...
any suggestions on what i should use??
I will continue my diet and continue my workouts on the cycle just want something to give me an edge and help me get to my goal faster...
I need to know steriods i should use
what to use so i dont get girl tits
what i can take with it such as the best protein and so forth
and anything i can take with it to help lose weight faster
