    T3/clen stack

I recently started a t3/clen stack . I'm female 5'4 170lbs.. i'm currently on my 2nd last ay of clen ending my 2 wk period. I take 3 50mcg a day with.25mcg t3. my husband says he's noticed a difference hoe ever i'am not . I excercise 3x wk with weights and core and 2 days a week 1 hr cardio changing weeks. How long before I notice a difference? Also my legs are constantly burning no cramps just burning like ive been doing cardio for hours. Even hours after i could walk up 2 staitrs and it burns, just wondering if anyone has any input for me? my husband told me it's because I have little fat on my legs so I'm burning my muscle to have smaller legs. It's not that I don't believe him I just want to make sure it's not caused from the stack as 2 min of cardio is killing me.

since you cant take test to reduce muscle loss, you need to increase your protein intake and reduce your carb intake. Also dont take any fat except your daily required seed oil from dry nutts for example. I say you need to adjust your diet. Remember, you dont lose fat by eating less, you lose fat by eating right.

    Agreed.

She can take 5-10mg var EW.

Its important on such a catabolic state to test body fat percentage.

If your weight is dropping but your body fat is going up in the end you are worse off.

I know a few ladies that used hcg at 500ius a week with a SERM. the hcg add for over weight women is pretty popular in the EU.

hcg weight loss protocol works only with a special 500cal/day diet. hcg itself does not cause wight loss.
whats with the 5-10mg/week anavar ?

I seen low dosage anavar work for women.

Regardless of either hcg usage or anavar or _________ the diet must be there for anything to work.

I have seen the 500cal a day diet for hcg and I simply do not agree. The simple concept of it will help prevent muscle loss. HCG will help retain that muscle and possibly add more LBM.

The 500cal a day diet ignor the simple principles of excertion. If a women is active multiple hours a day that should be taken into account. I disagree that simple applying 500cals to all situations will work. I do understand that the 500cal a day is higher in protien. However, IMHO it will simply cause more damage taking into account one´s body will be in starvation.
