    End of cycle, didnt gain much, need help with cycle

    On my last week (16 weeks) of sus 250 eod, prop 100mg ed, winny 100mg ed and T3, got seriously cut and gained 8kg of mass but was expecting much more gain but I guess its due to t3 however, no sides what so ever which is a great plus.

    Running my nolva soon but will start my next cycle two weeks after my pct so i need your opinion on this.

    Next cycle:

    Test E 250mg eod, Tri Tren (havent received it yet so need help on dosage)
    t3, clen, winny.

    Unfortunately, sus and test e are the only two pharma grade test we can get in Aus, anything else is fake. Tri tren is from Japan (impoted by my source not me). Please let me know if two weeks is ok to wait after my pct (i know its not too long but i want to take more T3 and cant afford losing more muscle).

    Also is test e a good combo with Tri tren?

    Don't get disheartened just yet. I found an interesting pattern when it came to gear and training and with a few natural athletes I use to train.

    I found a "magical" number for solid gains and maintaining them along with the strength was 16 weeks. I discovered that a 16 week cycle (my experience with zero scientific evidence) was enough time for the body to recognize and accept the new muscle, strength, and ability to endure work (higher capacity) as a normal way of being.

    My last cycle years ago was 8 months. 3500 mg per week of mostly Cypionate and Propinate. Sure, sounds like a lot but not really. I was doing 4 sets of 6-8 reps close grip press for triceps with 375-405 lbs. I was able to maintain most of this strength even 2 years later and I was totally clean. I could do 2 sets of 6 reps with 375. The only reason why my strength diminished was that I ceased my intensity and slacked up my training.

    With your 16 week cycle you have given your body a message or have commanded it to accept a new baseline. I really don't see how you can't maintain a lot of what you have worked so hard to achieve unless you don't respond well to PCT and/or slack off afterward.

    8kg is not bad on t3 specially if all your other issues are dialed in.

    What was your BF% when you started and when you ended.

    This has always been my belief. You have to have the chemical assistance until your body adapts to its new mass. If you build it in a day, it won't have the ncessary infastructure to maintain. But in ~~16 weeks you can teach your body to get used to the mass.

    1500mg a week of test for one cycle then getting back on afew weeks later? receptors are still saturated bro. gotta have time to regulate again.


    as far as 3.5 grams of test for 8 months....well im not gonna say anything.

    Yes, he describes getting seriously cut. Its amazing he added any lean mass.

    NO, this is a lot. 700mg per week is my limit.

    Sounds like you need to take some time off bro! I am not a big fan of t3 for anything other than a cutting cycle...I just tried t3 out in my lean bulk and found that I needed to eat to many cals to gain weight. The t3 kept me pretty lean but I didn't accomplish my goal of gaining 20 lbs this cycle. I was eating a good 1000-1200cals over maintenance and still couldn't gain a pound after the 6th week.

    Thanks guys, my diet was full of protein, low carb & fat. Went from 12%bf to 10%. Although i gained 8kg mass, everyone seems to think i lost a lot of weight! lol

    So since i want to get back on my next cycle asap, whats the minimum time i need to stay off cycle after my pct so my receptors can regulate again (as per Moto's comment)?

    Work on your diet, low carbs is no way to gain on any cycle.

    I guess your right, my purpose was to get cut but somewhere in the middle increased the dose to gain as well and 8kg is a fair gain for low carb diet.

    Any other input on my next cycle or min time i should stay off cycle after pct?

    for maximun mass you must consume no less than 3 pounds of meat products a day, if you notice in he youtube videos, most of the mass pro's are telling us they consume 5 lbs of meat product a day, most of them prefer 5 lbs of fish,
    when I consume my 3 lbs daily I am questioned al the time in the gym, what the f have you done, they say it looks like I have put pounds of meat on,,,, its very dificult to keep up that pace, and gets expensive, funny without the pounds of meat products sometimes it looks like you just stay the same.soooooo rule is if your going to take 3500 mgs of test, make sure you consume the meat and keep your carbs up enough that you dont spill over
