    Exclamation 1st time user needing help !!!!

    I'm going to give you guys a little bit of background on my self so you don't think I'm some kind of newbie looking to get jacked fast with out working out . like I read about all the time on forms but i need to know what the best cutter or burner would be for for me

    I'm 21 years old and looking to get back in the the fitness shape i was in back in my victory lap in high school in grade 12 and in the victory lap i was a good size 215 lbs 6'3 pretty cut due to rugby and football also worked out 2 times a week at my gym and was in fitness i was benching 225 @ 3x5 (3 sets , 5 reps ) running a mile in 5:25 and was offered a scholarship to Ohio state uni for rugby but then broke my ankle for the 4th time and thats where everything went down hill from there i went from being everything i dreamed about to having it all taken away from me so i let me self go after that went to my local college and am still pretty active but everything has dropped except my weight it gone way up i'm now 6'3 251 lbs and nothing is cut anymore i'm benching 195 (3x5) and running the mile in 5:48 as of yesterday and it killed me to run that .


    if anyone could tell me an anabolic that could help me i would greatly thankful

    Bro get back to the basics...train, eat, rest...repeat...give your body a chance to get to where you were naturally. How long have you been back in the gym?

    i don't know much, as i am new to this forum and aas as well. but i have read enough to know you should train and diet till you get close to your bodies natural limits. this will give you connective tissue enough time to strengthen in order to handle the weights you will be throwing up on gear.

    From what I've read, doing a cycle at your age would be a very poor, and perhaps dangerous idea. You could permanently damage your hormone system and could end up on hormone replacement therapy for life. Most people here agree that no one should touch steroids until after the age of 25.

    You're not anywhere near your bodies natural limits. I know everyone is different but I could bench 315 for 12 reps and 385 for 2 before I started cyclng. Im 5'8" and had gotten to 224 before AAS.

    AAS is not a quick fix.
