I'm going to give you guys a little bit of background on my self so you don't think I'm some kind of newbie looking to get jacked fast with out working out . like I read about all the time on forms but i need to know what the best cutter or burner would be for for me
I'm 21 years old and looking to get back in the the fitness shape i was in back in my victory lap in high school in grade 12 and in the victory lap i was a good size 215 lbs 6'3 pretty cut due to rugby and football also worked out 2 times a week at my gym and was in fitness i was benching 225 @ 3x5 (3 sets , 5 reps ) running a mile in 5:25 and was offered a scholarship to Ohio state uni for rugby but then broke my ankle for the 4th time and thats where everything went down hill from there i went from being everything i dreamed about to having it all taken away from me so i let me self go after that went to my local college and am still pretty active but everything has dropped except my weight it gone way up i'm now 6'3 251 lbs and nothing is cut anymore i'm benching 195 (3x5) and running the mile in 5:48 as of yesterday and it killed me to run that .
if anyone could tell me an anabolic that could help me i would greatly thankful
