Bulking on Tren?
I have recently started a cycle
test e @500mgs/week, and tren a @300mgs/week
going for 5-8 weeks depending on side effects. My acne gets really bad, so I have to cut my cycles short usually.
I have been taking .5mgs of arimidex /day to try to reduce side effects. I am starting my cycle off with 40 mgs/day of dbol for the first 3-4 weeks just to kick start the cycle.
I am drinking a gallon of water a day and eating every 2-2.5 hours or so. I am eating abo;ut 30-35 grams protein every meal. Chicken, talaipia, steak, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese. Pretty much the regular cutting diet. I'm losing body fat pretty fast.
I was weighing about 208, but had 16% body fat.
I had my appendix out recently and was out for 2 months.
I now weigh about 184 and I'm at 10-11%.
I'm eating 2 peices of whole wheat bread before my work out and drinking oats with my shake afterword.
BUT, I AM HUNGRY ALL OF THE TIME!!!
What can I do? I'm not active, but I have always had a pretty quick metabolism. I have been training lately trying to get my strength back and just getting really frustrated. Anyone help me?!?!
I didn't know whether to post this on diet or steroid laboratory. Didn't want to get into trouble, so I played it safe and posted it here.

What is your stats, include your previous cycle?
So what exactly is your question? Are you trying to figure out how to put on wgt on tren ?

Check the diet section, there is some really good advice in there..
I think you'll find the secret is to eat a lot of small meals, that way you never wind up too hungry as your stomach is always digesting something. Protein is an obvious choice, it is quite filling.. Remember it take about a half hour for your brain to register that you're full, so keep those meals small..
Seriously though, I'm shooting it the dark.. This what what solved my constant hunger issues - never be empty.. your question is pretty ambiguous.. Check the diet section, there's some great advice in there!

if you really cant get the food in due to appetite, eat dirty so that you will get enough calories in. quality is important but quantity is far more important

from what i have heard from friends, dont run to high a does of tren because its hard to gain cuz it ramps ur metabolism through the ruff.
so i vote for low does tren

oh also i know some like to run dbol starting the 4 or 5th week so u get the strength from the dbol when the test kicks in

ya you have to give a little more info... and the one thing i wouldnt recomend is using tren and kinda working out ... get back to us on your situation

I have spent hours looking through the diet section. A lot of great stuff in there for sure. I just have steroid questions, too, so I put it in this section.
630: I wake up and eat immediately.
4 eggs
4oz cheddar cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
715: Preworkout; NO, beta alanine, glutamine, 40mgs dbol , BCAAs.
730-845: I lift.
900:
Postworkout shake; 2 scoops 100% whey protein, 3 eggs, 1/2C vegetable juice, glutamine, BCAAs, multivitamins, 1C raw oats.
1000:
2 Tilipia fillets(cooked in pan with olive oil)
1C raw broccoli
served with dill relish(no calories or carbs)
1200:
2 medium chicken breasts
1C raw broccoli
200:
6oz steak
1C raw broccoli
430:
2 cans tuna(52g protein)
Served with 2 TB salid dressing
1C raw broccoli
700:
2 medium chicken breasts
1C raw broccoli
900:
25g protein shrimp w/tiny bit of cocktail sauce.
1030:
1C cottage cheese
2 scoops protein
.5mgs arimidex
Remember:
I lift in the morning and then don't do much physical activity after that.
I am 185with 9%body fat(only been back lifting for about 2 weeks).
Was 208 with 16%body fat before surgery.
I'm drinking a gallon+ water a day.
I am hungry ALL THE TIME!
Help:
I want to gain muscle while staying under 10%bf.
I want to not be hungry all day long.
I want other choices besides raw broccoli.
All advice is much appreciated!

You need to post in the diet section for advice.
You aren't getting enough carbs to build muscle. You are on a cutting diet. You aren't going to build muscle while in a calorie deficit. You will need to be in a calorie surplus which means you will be gaining some fat. If you're careful it will be minimal, but expect it.
Your PW shake should have quick acting carbs, like dextrose, vitargo, etc., not low GI carbs such as oats.
You're taking all 40mgs of dbol preworkout? It should be spread out evenly during the day. You've recently had appendix surgery and should not be cycling. You should be rehabilitating to get back your strength before you started your cycle....Last edited by Bossman; 12-31-2009 at 01:04 PM.

I eat 2 mandarine oranges immediately after my workout. Then about 15 minutes after my workout, I drink the shake. When should I eat more calories? How much and at what times?

i would add a big bowl of oatmeal at some point in the day (2 cups, 108g carbs)

My last cycle was 600mg test e 600 deca 600tren e 100mg oxy mate the reults i got were unreal!!!!! in 2 months i was a diff person

I would love to stack all of those and just get ****ing jacked, but I haven't found a way to reduce my side effects enough, yet. Any suggestions? When should I do the oatmeal? The earlier the better?

Ok real quick. YOU CAN BULK ON TREN . Its a GREAT Bulking compound !!
Carbs Don't really matter when bulking.. all carbs are are energy.. PROTEIN BUILDS MUSCLE.. So Eat eat eat Protein Laden foods.. try to limit your carb intake to MORNING and PWO only.. extract YOUR Energy from FATS..
But yah.. bring your diet to the appropriate Part of the Board... The Diet Guru's are great there.. THEY HELPED ME IMMENSELY..
