READY FOR 2ND CYCLE!!!!!! Jacked about it
Stats:
24 years of age
175 lbs
BF 12-14%
5'10
First cycle was 1 year ago Sustanon 12 weeks. Have kept 15lbs. May have been young/ not fully developed/ still not by many peoples observation.
2nd Cycle:
Test E 500 mgs/week 1-12 (1/2 every 3.5 days)
Dbol 40mgs day/ week 1-4
Have a-dex on hand. Last time when I took nolva as PCT I got welts on my back and when I was on the sus I blew up like a ballon on water reten. Due to my current job I dont want the obvious signs of AAS use to stand out.
Will take 0.5 eod if needed.
PCT
Nolva & Clomid 2 weeks after last test injection for 4 weeks
Goals :
Only to drop to 10% BF and gain as much lean muscle as possible.
Diet:
My diet is finally on. I realized that eating eggs every morning was making me sick for the whole day so I sub with other protein sources/
Im not posting this so you can tell me to wait a year or to train naturally longer. Just looking for some pointers/exp. etc.

If you're that worried about bloating why don't you take test prop?
Only pointer I will give is watch your salt intake!

I am worried about the bloat esp. in my face/
If I were to take prop and watch my salt intake would that help enough to not use adex?
I am also concerned that the dbol is going to blow me up/

175 is a bit light but the cycle looks ok Id run provirone through out the cycle to help with estrogen sides as I didnt see anything listed. You do know that with test e and d-bol you will get water retension thats just what they do. TANK

You really wont need dbol with prop, you will see results much quick then with test e. You might need to work on your diet, you should go to the diet section for assistance.

what was your dosage on your first cycle?
also if your worried about bloat, like someone stated, use test p. but @ 175 id bulk and do a cycle like you have it.

To realize and retain gains from AAS requires discipline. The discipline should come before the AAS.
You goal is to lose 10 lbs of fat and gain muscle. It wont happen. Diet/cardio first without AAS. During that time study diet and training and proper AAS use. You should know what you're putting into your body much better then you do at this point.

This is the constructive critisisim I was looking for.
I knew before and still know I have more research to do.
Ive been lurking around this forum daily for almost a year and still have alot to learn.
As I work out over the next few months I am going to research Test Prop more/
Maybe now that my diet is better I will start to see more natural gains...Time will tell
