    I'm sure you didn't read that here. Deca has a very long ester attached and as such should be used for at least 10 weeks, longer is better. additionally 19nor compounds such as deca completely suppress your natural testosterone production from the very first shot, and men just aren't men without testosterone present.

    deca is the longest ester and wont kick in for a month. And it will shut you down quickly, you do the math
