begginer cycle advice
im planning on running clen and t3 for six weeks, this would be my third time doing this. exept this time i happened to come across 100 tabs of 10mg stanozolol . Is there any way i could incorporate this into my clen t3 cycle? would it be worth it? if so whats the best way to run it? I've never done anything aside the t3 and clen cycles before. BTW im 23 (I know what everyone is gonna say) i weight 218 and im 5'11'' @ 19%bf lift 5 days a week and attend mma classes 3 days a week, which is where i get most my cardio. also what about pct? i know nothing about this! i run the t3 straight for the 6 weeks starting at 50 and going up to 150. the clen i run a week on and a week off. any advise is apriciated.

You shouldn't be running anything like Winny by itself.
As a matter of fact, at your current BF, I would not suggest running anything at all.
That goes for t3, and clen .
You need to understand why you are at your BF to begin with.
Diet.
Cardio.
There is no shortcuts for achieving what you want to achieve.
Please post your diet and workout protocol in the correct sections.
And please educate yourself on these compounds.

I apriciate your response. I joined the site To learn about these compunds. I feel that t3 and clen have worked great for me in the four month period in wich I ran my 2 cycles I went from 260lbs and 28% bf to what I'm at now. I ran a keto diet for 4 weeks on the last cycle and I've been eating clean since. I've read that the winny is used in cutting cylcles and thought it would b good for this, that's all. I again thank you for ur input and apologise for any inconviniece caused by Me posting in the wrong section

Do as much research as you can bro, i read on forums for a year and a half before touching anything. And i still keep reading everything. Read all the stickys as well. There so much info to learn about this stuff. It never hurts, trust me.

Thanks for the Advice and prompt response. You guys are
great. Just one las ? And I'll leave this alone, T do u think If I drop to 200lbs and say 15% bf would I b a better candidate to run this cycle? Is my goal is to be 180lbs 12% bf by June. I belive this is a resonable goal. What kind of gear
would best for this. My cardio is good I do an hour and a
half of mauy Thai training which consist of 15mins of jumping rope, 3 five min. Rounds of shadowing half hr of bag work & 1/2 hr of padwork or technique. On Saturdays I spar 6 3
minute rounds. All my lifting consist of circuit trainning for speed & strenght for roughly a hr 5x a week. I'm not looking for mass just strenght, definition and vascularity. Thanks, T I value and respect your opinions
