How would one minimize muscle loss whilst on a t3 only cycle without a steroid base?
High protein diet? around 300+ grams a day? Keep t3 doses low? like around 75-100mg?
would clen help with minimizing muscle loss?
you can reduce muscle loss by not running t3 and focusing on diet and cardio..maybe run clen or ECA
for best results run clen and t3 together.
