    I need help.

    I am 23 and a female. I've been working out my whole life. I was very active in sports during childhood and continued throught my early adult life. I've always wanted to build more muscle and have tried everything out there. Even my personal trainer couldn't help me. I've been encouraged by fellow gym goers to check this website out and see if anyone has any advice. If anyone has any advice on what to do and whether I should try steroids and which one to try, I would really appreciate it.

    I am 5'4, 145 lbs. Do not have my recent body fat percentage but the last time we did the math it was 24%. My diet was high protein and high calorie. My trainer had me doing free weight training. He had me lifting 4-8 reps of the high weight i could manage. I was require to drink at least 2 protein shakes during the day and a mass recovery drink at the end of my workout. I did this for 9 months. Not sure what kind of details you guys need, never been in a forum for this before.
