I am 23 and a female. I've been working out my whole life. I was very active in sports during childhood and continued throught my early adult life. I've always wanted to build more muscle and have tried everything out there. Even my personal trainer couldn't help me. I've been encouraged by fellow gym goers to check this website out and see if anyone has any advice. If anyone has any advice on what to do and whether I should try steroids and which one to try, I would really appreciate it.
