Hello and Happy New Year! Im looking for advice on my cutting cycle I have cut several times but only have made it 1 time to a physique that I was happy with I guess its just part of the sickness you develop! My current stats are 5"9 225lbs @ 15% BF. My diet is fairly simple 6 meals a day about 1gram of protein per body pound possibly more. My carbs are fairly low just including them in breakfast and PWO. I also eat almonds for fats as well as and flax seed oil 2tsp in my shake. I eat veggies with almost every meal just to keep me full. Currently I have been taking SUS 250 1ml EOD for 5 weeks, I am going to switch my test to 100mg of PROP EOD for 8 weeks do you guys suggest I throw in EQ 400wk then switch the EQ to TREN A 400mg week? Im currently taking .5mg of ADEX EOD just to keep water and sides down. What are your ideas I'm open to anything. My body type loves to get big cutting down to really be shredded is the problem.
