just coming off a 12 week sust cycle at 500 per week. Wasnt sure wether it would be best to start pct at 14 or 21 days after last shot, what do you reccomend?

Based on the profile I would say either should be safe, personally I would go on PCT 14 days.

Someone with more exp might be able to comment I hope, I am a novice.

nope, 18 days is the least you should wait and 21 the most, i personally always start pct at day 19 when using sust
