    Experts Help Please

I have been off for about a year and a half now and am very depressed about what has happened to my body. I am 27 years old, 5' 10" and 220 lbs. A year ago this time I was finishing up my 4th Cycle and was in the best shape of my life 185 lbs and pretty ripped. I met my current girlfriend and went back to school so my workout time was consumed by her along with full-time work and full-time school. Something I will never do again. I finally graduated now so I have plenty of free time. I have a cycle sitting in my safe but I have royally screwed up on my diet over the last year and have not been in the gym at all. In fact the main reason I am depressed and ready to get back into things is because I got out of the shower the other day and noticed stretch marks in my gut. I am so disgusted and am ready to change everything about this body I am living in. Not to mention I have now had some health problems (diverticulitis). I am determined but was also looking to see what everyone recommends. Should I work on cardio to lose the fat for the first month before starting back up or should I do a combination of cardio and strength training for a month. Or should I jump back on right away so that it helps burn the fat right away. Or do I go longer than a month before jumping back on, to help get that muscle memory back and burn as much fat as i can with just diet and cardio before adding in the roids??? As you can see I am stuck with what I should start on first. Cycle is as follows.

Test E first 8 weeks and than Prop with EQ for the last 6 weeks. Than PCT

Any idea, inputs and thoughts would greatly be appreciated guys. I am ready to make a change and not look back. If any of you have had this happen you feel my disgust as I can't believe I let so much hard work turn into what I am today.

    I've actually been there, bro.

I got really busy with school and let myself go for a while as well. Don't start a cycle yet, as tempting as it is. lift, cardio, and diet and get back into shape. Don't worry if it takes 3 months or 6 months to get that fat off. Then run a cycle.

You'll thank me in the long run.

And that's a pretty poor cycle. You'd be better off with just a straight test cycle for 10-12 weeks.

Ya it is pretty weak but I don't have the money to get anything else at this point. Its all left over untouched gear in my safe so I figured I would use it up. Sounds like good advice. I will see about losing this fat without the gear first. At that point I will probably have picked up some more and can get back on a nice cycle. With diet and cardio I know my body. I can probably lose about 15 to 20 lbs in a month if I stay disciplined. Just depressing. I think about how hard I worked before and I hate thinking its going to take a while now to get there again. But I gotta stop being a girl about it and bitching and get in the gym to do something about it.

    I like your attitude.

Once you start seeing the changes, you feel alot better.

    Good luck, man.

it would just be a waste to use the eq for 6 weeks...you have to run that for upwards of 12 weeks to see results. When I use EQ i like to front load it at somewhere around 800-1000mg wk then bring it back down to about 600-700mgs a week
