    i would like to use liquid, 33 6'2" 210 been workingout hard for about a year and good diet and cardio also wanting to cut and put on more muscle size

    Test and Dbol .

    Test is injectable and dbol is oral.

    Do some research on those too, a lot of people start with that, get some results and then do more. It's addicting, make sure you do your research, do it safely and clean.
