Yes plus the time of the PCT after your upcoming cycle.

According to the timeline that most people suggest, you've already taken off the recomended amount of time between cycles if you finished a 10wk cycle with 4wks pct totalling 14wks. I think that's what T was saying.

K I don't have an answer for what you're asking but I'll try to explain it to everybody else.

OP hasn't step foot in a gym in 3 months. So basically finished his cycle in June 2009, trained until October 2009 and hasn't been in the gym since then.

He is wondering how long he should go natural before starting on another cycle. So really it has nothing to do with his last cycle. It's more the fact that he hasn't been training / eating properly for the past 3 months. How long should he have his stuff in check before he starts another cycle?

Before I make a suggestion, I would like to ask you what was your prior training experience before you took the time off.

Answering Rex's questions will help with a good answer.

To be completely honest with you bro I have done basically the same thing you are doing now with maybe a little less time off. I went back to the gym for about a month then ran a cycle because I was pathetic in the gym and it went fine no injuries or anything. I ran a light cycle compared to normal and also "tried" to take is a little easier in the gym to prevent injuries. I am only letting you know how my experience went and it was probably pretty stupid of me to do that but if you are like me you probably wont wait the full time recommended to start your cycle. Good luck to you and I am interested in what the other possible things that can come of this situation.

Rex thanks for your help brotha!

I have been training for 10 years in martial arts, BJJ. I was an all county/ncaa div 1 safety , so i was lifting a lot since i was 16-23, then started doing strictly BJJ for about 3 years and have been back to lifting for about 2 years. So my body has ALWAYS been in great shape. In the past three months i kept most gains except shoulders and abs, which is expected.

My two cents on this subject because this question is asked alot..

I agree with the time on cycle plus pct time before starting you next cycle but also through some blood work in there to make sure everything is right

I have you should be maxed out in the gym...I mean hitting it as hard as you can and just not growing (before thinking about another cycle)

next, dont cycle unless you diet is in check and has been in check for several months....

make sure your body is injury free keeps you from having to stop your cycle due to injuries...

make sure you will be able to get to your gear and not take a vacation...or run off and get drunk.....

also make sure your personal life is in check..

all these things play a big part in your cycle....

if you are going to do it do it right...

    Peace...
