    Getting Started

    Hello all,

    I've read through the newbie pack and some other information on this forum, and just wanted to work through what my plans are.

    Right now I've got 20x 100mg ampules of Deca . From what I'm reading this A. might not be enough for an effective cycle and B. Needs to be accompanied by Test.

    I should be able to get ahold of some Test-E, or pretty much any other kind. Would test-e be preferable in conjunction with deca?

    I've got 60x 10mg tablets of Tamoxifen . I'm not planning on taking it daily, unless that would be strongly advised.

    I'm about 6'3 220, and need to cut a bit of fat while I'm doing this. It seems like if I combine test with the deca and keep a pretty tight diet, I should be able to lean-up a bit while building some muscle.

    Any advice or direction to further reading would be much appreciated.

    age? approximate body fat? (visible abs, etc?)

    previous cycle experience?

    years training?

    Tamox is for pct and you would take it daily.

    Est Body Fat: ~19-20% (no visible abs, bit of a midsection)

    Experience: Half-assed attempt in high school with some T3. So basically, no.

    Years training: A few years with the expected off and ons. Haven't done much weight training in the past 8 months, it's been 75% cardio.

    Ah, ok. So Nolvadex is for pct? I was under the impression it was for Estrogen

    It'd be best if you started back with the weight training for a while, tightened up the diet, and got down to a respectable body fat level before touching gear.

    Trust me, it will help you in the long run.

    ^And you will definitely need to keep reading and researching, before you do anything.

    Take some time to read the stickies at the top of the forums, and ask questions as they arise.
