    Injecting and training

Is there any problem with injecting into a muscle group that you trained on the previous day?

Also, has anyone had any problems injecting into a muscle group that they are about to train?

    Thanks

Turns out i wasn't so lucky. I just pinned my left lat (which i trained yesterday). First time pinning lats, and my first experience with tren cough. I started coughing so bad the needle left my hand and was hanging inside my lat (think pulp fiction).

My left lat is fvcking killing. It hurts to pick up a towel. It reminds me of the pain from a prop/winny shot in the quads. No matter what i do with my left arm, i'm in pain. How long for this shit to go away?

It doesn't look like i'll be training today..

didnt think that one through enough. lats are hard to pin to begin with, plus you never hit them before, and doing it with tren.

stick with the easy to reach spots with tren. try new/hard to reach spots with easier to pin gear

Depending on size of pin , maybe DMSO could be rubbed on the area .
If not , grab a couple Motrin or heating pad ?

    good luck

I ended up taking a couple of painkillers. It's better than it was, still tender though. Should i be ok to train tommorrow regardless if it hurts? Or would it not be wise to train through the pain if it's still there?

Tren cough sets in that quickly? I want to run tren sometime in the future so I am curious.

But to add to your post- If I pin quads a few hours after I do legs, the needle meets a lot of resistance going in. I have pinned twice already, on leg day. In 2 days I will do it again. Plenty of resistance going in, and a good amount of blood coming out

Tren cough can hit you before you're done injecting. It sucks trying to hold that cough in while you're finishing the injection.

I coughed so hard after one injection that I started to cough up blood. My throat hurt real bad, so thought I possibly tore my esophagus? I stopped the tren portion of my cycle that day because of this.
