little info and backround on me,looking for some info im not rushing into this and may not get on gear for maybe another year.im pretty solid in my training and diet so i figured now would be time to do a lot of research and then go from there
im 23, 5'9 around 205-210 under 15%bf been working out 9 years now pretty solid and its paid off pretty well i think.
my diet is around 3600-3900 cals each day 300-350g protein, around 400g carbs,around 100g fat,clean and no junk. people ask me how i can not eat fast food 24/7 ect lol. people just arnt dedicated.
i always think of Ronnie saying "everybody wanna be a bodybuilder and no body wanna lift no heavy ass weight"
ive messed around with m1t and a cycle of sd&pp before,those were nice and all but still left me going![]()
not sure how much i should up the intake when on juice compared to prohormones.
im just looking to gain some solid mass with little water if its possible. i wanna be around 225-235 if possible and keep the body fat in a good range,i wont complain if i was heavier lol. not sure if it'd be possible or not with real stuff.
a guy i work with has a buddy who's doing them so i haven pondered it lol. I think he said its either decca of straight test
no rush like i said. im in good shape and happy where im at,but always wondering what its like to go further.
