    My first cycle Experience!!!

    Well, I finished my first cycle about 6 weeks ago and I had some ups and downs. It was a Test C only cycle at 500mg/week shot twice. PCT was Nolva and Clomid. Here are my results:

    Start:
    33 years old
    174lbs.
    5'8"

    Finish (Post PCT):
    197lbs
    Highest point: 203lbs.

    Needless to say I put on a great amount of weight in the 12 weeks. The benefits were the increase in weight, strength and motivation while on cycle. I did have some issues though. First was in week 2 or 3 where I had a headache for 5 days straight. This was not fun. 2nd, was getting tendonitis which I'm still dealing with and also an umbilical hernia which is very small. I'm not sure if the hernia has anything to do with the cycle though. PCT was difficult for the 1st week. I couldn't get motivated to push hard in the gym and I had a headache from the Clomid for an entire week. When I lowered the dosage I felt much better. My sex drive is finally back which is good but I'm not the minute man in the sack. I'm hoping this will change because I haven't experienced this before.

    I look a lot better now than when on cycle because I ended up bloating up a bit. My face was holding water which I didn't like at all. Next time I would take Arimidex to battle this. I also started getting Gyno symptoms around week 3 and took Nolva for a few days until it went away. I continued the remainder of the cycle using Liquidex and the itchy nipples went away. Now that the cycle is over I look a lot better. I'm more cut now than when on cycle and I think this is because I was holding so much water. Other than that it was mostly positive. I'm not sure if I'll ever cycle again.

    Congrats bro. Your cycle yielded some good results.

    Mind posting up your diet? Kind of interested as well as i am sure others are interested as well.

    Thanks I appreciate it. I got a ton of comments at Christmas time with my friends and relatives about how much bigger I am since they last saw me. As for my diet it looks something like this:

    Wake up: Protein Shake with 1% milk 2 scoops Whey and 3/4 cup of oatmeal

    1 hour later:
    6 scrambled eggs 4 whites 2 whole

    2 hours later: Chicken breast and some veggies or tuna

    Lunch: Typically a Grilled chicken sandwich with whole wheat bread, brown rice

    Preworkout: Banana and Preworkout drink

    Post workout: Whey shake with 2 scoops. Some sort of fast carb Gummi Bears etc.

    Dinner: Steak, veggies, some sort of potatoe

    Snack: peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat

    prebed- Walnuts and Casein shake or Cottage Cheese

    I snack also during the day and try to eat at least 2 grilled chicken breasts a day.

    I don't have the best diet in the world but it works for me. I know I take a lot of shakes and many think the Peanut butter sandwich is junk and I understand why but again it works for me. I eat every 2 hours and try to stay away from simple carbs as much as possible.

    its my first cycle and was hoping for some advice my gear so far is 300mg/ml of test Enanthate and 300mg/ml of EQ ive gotten alot of diffrent adivice so far and I wanna make things clear before i start

    1. stack both and take it 3 times a week mon wens friday ?
    2.stack both and take it only mon and thurs?
    3.stack both take it every 3 days your body does not know weeks ? which means some weeks 2 times while other 3 times ex :mon, thurs, sun tues, friday, and so on ?

    I also want to be safe on what I should take while on cycle
    1. take novaldex throught the whole cycle and you will be fine ?
    2 take arimadex when u think u need it ?
    also i want to take prevent acne, hairloss ,and prostate enlargement

    I'm told that proscar(finistrate) is what i should take through out my cycle to stop conversion to DHT and avoid side effects but how much is needed?

    All this advice is confusing

    Any advice on what i should actually do is appreciated

    Honestly, you should do a Test E or C only cycle for your first cycle. This way you will know if you have issues with the gear that it's coming from that particular compound. Plus, you will only have to pin twice a week which is better for starting out. As for Arimidex you will take that if you start getting Gyno symptoms and/or bloating. For Ance you can take Vitiman B which should help. I took Accutane about 10 years ago and didn't have any issues with Acne on cycle which I was pleased with. I had a few zits here and there but nothing bad at all. I also washed with ance wash and a scrubbing brush. You can also use liquid Dawn soap to help dry your skin.

    PCT is Post Cycle Therapy . You do this to jumpstart your body to produce Testosterone on its own. If you skip this step you can have serious issues down the road. When you're on cycle your body stops producing test so when you come off you need to kickstart things asap to maximize gains.

    My diet was similar before but just not as much food. I kept a log of everything I ate for a few weeks to see what I was actually taking in calorie-wise. I upped it about 700 calories a day while on cycle and everything worked well for me.

TOld the wife I was taking a Testosterone Booster . I also didn't enjoy pinning at all. It wasn't too bad but I just felt like a loser when doing it. I'm also training MMA now and not trying to put on any more weight. So, who knows what I'll do but right now I won't be cycling in the near future.

    yea the sneaking around part sucks. I keep a black plactic back with my syringes, vials, pct etc. and hide it under some desk. There is a hole at the bottom just big enough for it to fit under there. Then I gotta do it in the bathroom all sneaky. My ex who i was with at the beginning on my cycle was sleeping a few times when i snuck in the bathroom to inject
