Hey guys. I've been looking through this board for a verg long time now, just never joined. I did my first contest recently, in Dec. I will be competing thoughout life and i just had a quesiton bout some juice.

i was 161. I am all natural. Currently 200lbs. Im 6'1. And have been training for bout 5 years. maybe more or less. I got my diet straigth etc.
Hope i've provided enough.

Now i was just wondering if anyone has a sample cycle for a first time user? I've looked at many but dont know which to go with. I can get my hands on whatever. The contest Is in Augest. So i was wondering what i can take to beef up, then cut down and be clean in time for the contest. Getting ripped is no prob, cause i was able to do it in thoes photos all natural. Your help is very appreciated. Sorry for asking so much on the first post. I looked at detection times and stuff already, but not sure of what im going ot take. thx for your help!

Testosterone 250MG a week for 10 weeks. Thats very cheap and good for a first timer. However, if you are not seeing results you want, up ur dose to 500.

Or you could run this
Dbol 30Mg Day weeks 1-4
Test Ent. 250 week 1-10

I think this is a good first cycle.
1-10 test @ 400mg/week
1-10 deca 250-300mg/week or eq @ 400mg
13 clomid 21 day cycle
Nolva on hand or you could run Ldex @ .25 ed through cycle

I try not to recommend dbol for a first cycle. It can be harsh on some people. However I used it my first time around so I am not completely against it.

One last thing guys, Detection, u think i'll be safe if the comp is in aug and i start now? i was looking at some of the detection times and there long like deca for eg.
