OTC AI vs. Adex, Letro etc.

Hello Guys,

I am 36, 210lbs, 6,1 and have been training on/off since I am 23. Since 4 yrs I am back and very focused. Had some AAS experience (good and bad) in my early 20s and have done several otc ph/ps over the last few yrs.

I am planning an Test. Prop (100eod)/ Anavar (50ed) cycle arround March/April as a recomp to get my in shape for the summer.

To control E and E related sides like bloat, gyno etc. I want to use an AI while on cycle. I was wondering if an OTC AI e.g. ATD or Formex would do the trick and what the differences are compared to lets say Adex......

Why not just go with dex? AI's are easy to get with research companies like the sponsor here ARR.

Can you please explain? My understanding always was that bromo, ATD and Formestane are AI's easily to obtain OTC.

I understand and I also know where to get Adex. I just have never used it. I am coming from OTC ph/ps usage. Usually OTC AIs are also promoted and recommended...just trying to understand the difference (dosage, effects) + I am still having oral formestane (Formex) and I wonder if I could use it oncycle for E control....

6OXO, 6-Bromo lower E. So does topical formestane. All OTC.

To answer your question.

The OTC sutuff isnt as effective as the research stuff, such as Arimidex , Aromasin and Letro.

Well, thanks guys. I guess I am gonna get me some adex then, dosing 0,25 or 0,5 eod should be enough I guess????
