    My fina cycle

    Hey guys whats going on im starting my first cycle of fina and im gonna run it solo.

    i got my kit and got 2 cartridges of tren and i also got the new liquid clomid for post cycle.

    Im going to keep my diet in check and consume around 3000-4000 cals a day and 250-300grams of protein per day.

    my stats are 24/155lbs ( lost 10 pounds due to being sick) and im 5' 8"

    im going to run fina @ 75mg ed for 8 weeks.

    I know your strength goes up a ton and your muscles get rock hard and the pumps are amazing, but i was wondering what type of weight gains i could expect from this cycle beacuse i was looking for maby 15lbs of lean muscle but the more the better so if you could help it would be much appriciated, and since this is my first cycle ever i would expect more of a gain, anyway if you can help plz do thanks bros.

    Im on my second week of fina and ive gained 10pds so far, 10 pounds of water weight. Im noticing the strength is going up, and the pumps are painfull sometimes, especially in the shoulders. It depends on the person and how much weight you will gain. If you have low bf then you will gain some quality muscle.

    fina is a great choice if youre gonna run something alone... but i would add prop or even enth in there for some real mass gains for a first cycle, just my opinion.

    all i can say about fina only is bye bye sex drive. You will have a limp noodle. Especially for 8 weeks. Ide say add 50mg of prop to each shot to play it safe. Plus the gains will be better with minor water retention.

    same here, i have ran two cycles of fina only up to 12 weeks and never had fina dick.

    still trying to figure out the causes, i dont even get a complete shut down like most talk

    OK Well i might add some test in with my cycle after all but im having a problem decideing which to use, i was thinking of doing fina 1-8 @ 75mg ed with prop 1-8 at 50mg ed
    or doing.

    t200 1-10 @ 400mg/week and fina 2-10 @ 75mg/ed

    plz let me know what you guys think and what would be the best for the most muscle gains with the least amount of water weight.

    It's all about the diet. I am gaining no water with test and tren . But the days I carb up I do. And keep drinking water - don't let your body think it needs to store water. Diet while on AAS is very important. It's about eating just enough carbs to spare protein breakdown to glucose, eating enough protein for gains, and drinking enough water.

    See food diets on AAS = water gain.
