    HELP!!! Frustrated with weight loss. Which brands of Clen do you guys suggest?

    Hello All,

    New here and have been researching clen for quite some time and have not found which brands to consider. If you guys know of any particular brand it would be much appreciated.

    I'm 5'7" and started at 230lbs. I have been going to the gym on and off for a good 5 to 6yrs. In just the past 6 months or so I have understood proper nutrition more than I ever had which totally helped. I have lost and kept off 30 lbs and kept my size as far as muscle on my own. The past 2 months or more my body has hit a brick wall and I can't get under 195lbs. I'm some what happy with where I am except for the BELLY FAT. I feel like ultimately I would like to get down to about 180/185, another 15lbs or so. Honestly, I just want a flat stomach. Diet has been good and lost 3lbs this week. I have become more strict with my diet, so far it's working.

    Thinking of trying Clen. All I take is protein and vitamins.

    Need help on what brands of clen to consider.

    Regards,

    LayItDown

    UGL = UnderGround Lab

    It kind of sounds to me like you're off on the right foot. Congrats on the weight loss! I would head to the diet forum and fine tune the diet with the help of some of the very knowledgeable and helpful guys there. If you find after that that you'd like to hit some clen the only place we can recommend here is the board sponsor, AR-R . They have never done me wrong

    Wow ... Thanks so much!!! At this point I do believe that my diet needs tweaking. I do keep my protein high and carbs low. I lost the weight by carb loading 2days on and 3days off. For the 3days, just protein and lets say by weak 3 I would go all liquid protein.

    Thanks for the info!!!

    be careful with pottassium, i had tests done last year and was dangerously high in it, and tht was on diet alone which included 2 bananas a day.
