    Question Need experienced help Please

    Howdy,

I am new to this and trying to get my body back into shape before i was hurt a couple of years ago in the corps.

I am now at 185 lbs 5'10 and hardly any muscle.

I am trying to get really cut like I was and add as much lean muscle and strength as possible.

I dont want to be huge just strong buff and tone.

    What do you recommend?

I dont want anything thats going to hurt my growth, nutts, liver or anything like that since im still 23 and want to get back into the corps.

All help and feedback is appreciated.

    Thanks!

I think you know the answer .

First I would say running .
Not on a treadmill . Maybe start on treadmill if needed and then real street running . Then push ups ( multiple hand positions ) Sit ups and leg lifts , kick backs ,pull ups . Evey thing you did in basic training .
If you go to youtube , put in video search : 300 workout , p90x and extreme workout .
These are some crazy workouts that might give you ideas or motivation .
The key to success is enjoying what you are doing by either feeling better or seeing results or just plain like what routine you have created .

Possibly post your diet or proposed diet in diet section for additional help .

    Good luck

My routine now is running 4 mornings a week and then lifting 3 nights a week.

Im doing protein shakes and following a diet a trainer gave me.

Im looking for supplements or anything that will help me get cut faster and build strength and muscle.

What do you recommend and where to get it.

    Thanks,
