Quick Question about Test E and Test Cyp..

Just wondering.. Is it ok to interchange these two? I have been taking test E throughout my cycle. I am on my last vial and realized that its test Cyp not Test E like the others. I cant get another vial, my supplier is out of town for a couple of weeks. Will this totally screw up my cycle?? I only have three weeks to go and wanna finish it out. Thanks for the input
