Prop only cycle question
How many pounds of muscle do you think I can put on with a prop only cycle? Say for 9 weeks with a perfect diet and workouts.

well thats a crappy question my friend and a horrible cycle plan..
this is obviously your first cycle.
how much do you weigh?
age?
BF? and goal?
but to answer your question i would estimate 10-20 depending all on your work ethic.

quick fast acting ester either inject ed or eod i have always done eod that just me tho

Currently doing Test Prop & Cyp, used the prop as a kickstart to my cyp cycle and was getting strength gains within the first 2 weeks....Ive been injecting the prop every 2 days.
Be prepared to be in pain for the first 2 weeks especially if this is your first cycle. This is my first cycle and the next days pain after my first few prop injections were instense! no pain, no gainLast edited by bej200; 01-06-2010 at 09:09 PM.

prop only rocks the only type of test i will ever use.

It comes to Diet, cardio, workout intensity, pct regiment, genetics, sleep, ect...
Even mental attitude itself.

How much prop u plan on using?prop does hurt but if u get hg and not ugl stuff then less chance of pain. I believe if u search on how to use benzoate it reduces pain as well.
I would also choose nolvadex over clomid. This site has a great profiles page. Check it out. Good luck buddy

hard to say but at your size and weight if you eat right and work out right 12 lbs or so... it is just a guess our body fat will be lowered if you eat right and gain lean muscle so no one could really tell you accurately
prop is a good cycle, i like it lots, not really a beginers cycle cuz of the pain involved you may feel like a pin coushin very quickly...
agreed - would there be a reason why you would need the test prop out of you system quickly?
how do you know this is your body fat how tall are you?
many and most have no idea what those "factors" are you should study dosage of the test you are using, pct, diet(witch is 80% of doing steroids), and work out splits - if any of these things are something you have no idea about then you shouldnt be doing steroids - so start reading -

no, it is not enough - and i am not going to tell you y, either should any one else... go study pct- then come back with you thing you should do and we can then help you - i will say if you dont do pct right you will loose all you gains and look like crap, feel even worse
age is a must - i am guessing very young... and i dont beileive you gave you hight

15 sets for chest. Not sure whats funny.
Chest: 5 sets incline flies, 5 sets bench, 5 sets decline
Legs: 5 sets squats, 5 sets lunges, 5 sets calf raises
Back: 5 sets pullups, 5-7 sets Dumbell rows, 5 sets curls
Tricepts:5-7 sets flat bench straight bar extensions
Neck:6 sets Neck raises, 6 sets Neck estensions
Cardio: Run 3 miles eod
Boxing:3 rounds eod
I should of put this down in my initial post to better inform you guys.

Cycle starting this weekend. Ill take before and after pics. I think I can gain 15 pounds. Im having my body fat measured tomorro. Wish me luck!!

Prop. is a very good cycle. 15 sets is a bit much for each muscle group. Try to keep it to 12 max., you'll recover better. Also, you are doing a lot of cardio if you are trying to gain weight on this cycle. Might want to back off a little.
