    I don't have an answer, but whats the obsession with benchpressing?

    I was thinking the same thing.

    Who says that how much your benching has anything to do with genetic potential or even gear?

    I'm moving on, no offense to the OP.

    Have real gear related issues to deal with members in trouble.

    in just about every case, people who have a bad base have it because they lack the discipline/education to train and diet properly. steroids won't fix that.

    I believe BIG hit it on the head. If you lack the disipline to do it right in the first case, then what good will gear do you?

    It's like putting a supercharger on an engine with bad rings....uneffective and pointless.
