Blood results: High Hematocrit (off cycle)

Supposed to have surgery and got my blood work back today.

Been off about 7-8 weeks now. Cruising on 180mg/wk test-c.

Hematocrit is 51.7% on a scale of 38.5% to 50%.

Doc said I was at risk for a stroke and wouldnt do my surgery...

    any comments?

My red blood cell count was a 6.14 from 4.2 to 5.8 and my RDW was a bit high at 16.4

I'm not sure of your age, but the normal preferred range is the upper end toward 50.

Your not that far out of high normal, so I think that there may be other issues that need to be taken into account.

You may have to see a specialist on this.

normal range is 43 to 52 the olympics and world cycling (bikes) federation - check for doping on any thing automaticly over 52... so actually your looking good!!! as for the surgen i would guess he is worried about you sueing him or he is going to give you some kind of meds that could mess with your red blood count... pro endurance athletes stay around 48 at the end of a long big race to 51 during recovery periods...

I had the same thing - was supposed to have surgery and the doc said no because of risk. Am in a real ***ked up deal right now. Seeing two more docs right now. Am on Tamox 40/20/20...... Blood in 1.5 mo. The Percoset/ anti-imflams really caused concern for them as there is really no documentation on how this scenario plays out. I hope your deal s not that significant..

Hemocrit was very high as well as RBC, Risk of clot and producing bone marrow. Off the conventional prescripts and using some other methods for all ( except the Tamox)

Actually I was going to post a read all thread to this once (if I do) recover. I posted No PCT a while ago with no takers for info.I have been a professional athlete most of my life. Was introduced to AAS by my trainer; a pro BB; almost 15 years ago. I have had Docs shoot Deca .. into overtrained bursitis / tendonitis areas with absolute sucess; again advice from my trainer. This is no BS. I recentley broke my neck at the end of a cycle and did not start a PCT as it was a bit complicated to ask the nurse for some hCG and some Nolva when your in ICU. To complicate things worse I am a nor-19 victim also. Am trying to work through this but it is very difficult. My cycles have been predominantly test/ deca / dbol . Has worked for me. Always used Nolva. Clomid once but was very depressed and tired. Sorry , I don't mean to steal your thread...

Wow that is high mine was 7 and 17. I do my own HRT so to speak. I cruise at about 180mg/wk when off cycle. Seems good for me. I dont loose any gains. I never rebounded well at all and always had low test naturally.

I have enough Test-C here to last me till my 50's at .75cc's a week, haha
