    Newby who needs help

    Hey all, just joined the forum and am ecxited to start using. i have decided that oral anabolics are the best choice for me sigh, please read the rules....

    not sure of body fat %

    i know im a little young but i have been following a fairly strict diet and have seen very little results. i started out a year ago benching 115 and can only bench 155. not much of a gain in a year if you ask me. i have worked out 4 times a week for an hour a session consistently and cannot gain weight or get results.

    you are almost 10 years too young to consider steroids, and are too young to be a member here. you can't even bench your body weight, you need to take several years to focus on your diet and training. you would likely cause serious, permanent damage if you cycle now.

    you will be suspended shortly, if possible list your diet in detail and your workout split in detail.

    first off when i said 155 i meant a full 15-20 reps.
    i guess when your power lifting you do less?
    i can bench my own weight easily at least 8 times and push out about 210 2-3 times.

    anyways thats not the point. i suppose i am a bit young, but its really starting tick me off that im not seeing the results i expect. who knows, maybe im just being hard on myself. could you reccomend some supplements that i could try that would be alright for someone my age?

    okay here we go, diet: cereal always for breakfast, protein shake before i go to school, sandwich at lunch with assorted meats and dinner that always consists of some sort of protein. simple but consistent, and pretty well balanced.

    workout: 4 times a week on average, i know enough to seperate different musclle groups on different days. do all lifting with free weights. dont spend much time on the legs haha.

    that diet is horrible.....

    all i can say is, before you get banned - head over to the diet section.

    copy down the sample/example diets offered, and keep pushing.

    nothing happens over night!

    as for AAS - you are in THE best stage of your life for progressing naturally, RUN WITH IT!
