    Weird workouts on test?

    Ey guys!

late week 6 on cyp only at 750mg.

    Question and weird information is.

Today in my back session, i had a great workout, but found that i was jumping from 1 exercise to another with no rest, then repeating, pretty much covering ALOT of exercises and many sets then usual...

i went in with a plan like usual but today was fcuking weird..

    anybody else experience this?

I've been going to the gym on a regular basis, but I've never went through my exercises without any rest, I'm doing low reps / high velocity and when I'm done one set I'm dead and need to rest 2-4 minutes sometimes,

also when I'm done at the gym I can hardly move anymore, but then 2-3 days post workout I'm good to retrain my muscle, my weight keep going up, so meaning my muscles should be recovered.

Focus and keep your eye on the prize. I love how everyone tries to find a correlation between steroids and every problem they have. "I farted a 100 times today, I bet it's because I'm on steroids." "Today I stubbed my toe, do think steroids caused that too?"

I'm not blaming it on the test/steroid i'm just thinking it could be that.

This is my 2nd cycle, my first cycle i didnt experience this because i didnt run such a high dose.

I believe im' getting occasional high bp because of hthe dose 750mg.

I think it's a mixture between mental and the gear, i decrease rest periods by plenty, find myself jumping from 1 thing to another, then get an extreme pump and not being able to do anymoer

Yes, I also found this to be the case.

The capacity to do work is simply incredible. My whole system turns into a performance machine.

When on the crank my rest periods are very short and my endurance is increased 2-5 fold. My training style is 45-60 seconds between sets to begin with and high intensity meaning rapid workouts.

I respond very well to this style and this also includes volume training: 10 sets and 10 reps, 12 sets of 12 reps, and 15 sets of 15 reps.

There are endless ways to train but the crank, from my experience, allows a high capacity to do work and with much less rest between sets... i.e. endurance. The hardest part is enjoying your progress and the pump and not wanting to leave the gym.

im not sure i fully understand what youre experiencing but i think i have had something like it. i find myself all the time finishing a set and literally resting for like ten seconds and then wanting to go right back and do another..its like i have adhd or some shit. and like i have to stop myself and mess with my ipod for a new song or get a drink to get my mind off of it and take a little time to rest..does any of this sound familar? its like every second of rest takes five hours

    !!!!

Pretty much man! and i do the exact thing, i'll fiddle with the ipod to find a song to make sure i rest up a lil, or i'll just start giving an aggressive look towards the weight then go for it again.

i mean if this is how i'm reacting to a long ester test , i couldnt imagine using tren or anything else in the future besides test.

its weird too cause it will only happen on some workouts mainly shoulders and back day idk why haha. i will wake up in the middle of the night and be very anxious..i think i might struggle from the sleepliness that can come with steroid use or maybe its just from all the trauma that happened to my leg last fall i dont know.. i wake up at sometime between one to two every night get up take my pills and then go back to sleep and then get up again at about five to six and take my pills again and then go back to sleep.. then wake up around nine to ten. the pills im referring too are painkillers for my back and leg. i have three ruptured disks and also fiber milagia and my calves are always in pain because i have lost my anterior tibalas and my calf has to do all the work on my right side with causes me severe pain..sorry didnt mean to hi jack the thread at all..

Are you taking opiates for pain and if so which ones, because I bet you didn't know that chronic use of long acting opiates shuts down the production of LH in the pituitary, causing Hypogonanism..........

and im not using "long lasting opiates" that would be like kadian, oxycontin, etc. im using percocet which is four to six hours at best but im sure your point still stands to some degree with any opiate.
