    Quick question on first cycle

If my strength went up do to using dbol , let's say my bench went up from 160 pounds to 275 pounds, and my legs press from 600 to 1200, and so on, are these values gonna change when dbol drops or are they gonna keep going up or stay the same due to Test-E keeping those values up?

You should retain most of your strength in the cycle, but I don't think you should expect your leg press weight to double from a few weeks of dbol .

It has, I never workout my legs they were strong originaly so I just did a few sets and my old leg press, was only able to put like 600 pounds on it, or else we had to put people ontop of it, but I switched gyms and I'm currently doing 13 45's on each side.

I'm actually done the dbol yesterday and all my weights went up 2x or close.

First off welcome to the board, good to see more UK guys here.

What are your stats? height, weight, body fat %, age, training experience etc

Also what is the cycle you plan to run? Including PCT. I think they are very ambitious expectations.

Well I'm currently running the beginner cycle on the board,

    I'm 27,
    height 5'11
    weight 200 pounds
    bf - 9.3%
training experience 7 years, probably 5 years of intense training with a good diet, went from 135 pounds to 185-190, then I started this cycle,

goals would be do get to 220 pounds, lean down to 6-7% at 205-210 weight

    running currently 500mg test-e weekly /250 mon-thursday / 40 mg dbol , 20 in morning / 20 at night. also taking 250IU hcg 2x a week, my right nut started feeling weird.

pct gonna be nolva / clomid 3 weeks of clomid, and 4 weeks of nolvadex .

I was use to only doing dumbell benches, do to issues with my shoulder rotator not liking heavy weights, but I maxed out the bench at 110's on dumbells, then went on smith machine and I'm doing 4 reps out of 2 45's and 1 35's each side.

It might of been stronguer before the cycle I was just not 100% dedicated to jump to higher weight then I should have, and when I went on the cycle I'm just full of energy, so too be honest these are numbers, might not be as accurate I guess.

well dont overdo it,, your gonna tear something. Anything over 30% for gains would be impressive on a test cycle IMO

It sounds like he went from doing dumbell flat bench to smith machine flat bench. Not an equal comparison. And then, went from a gym that could only fit 6 plates a side on leg press to one that could fit many more.

Im sure his strength is up, but 2x is not really a fair statement.

Im not trying to knock your progress, just putting it into perspective. Keep up the good work!

Be careful you don't hurt yourself, it can be very hard to control yourself from overtraining and improper form when your strength is going through the roof. Even Superman shows self control.....
