    test e 250 and tren 100 twice a week

    been on test e 250 twice a week for four weeks. thinking of starting tren e 100 once a week for 6 weeks. been lifting about 8 months hard. took dbol first 3 weeks. plan on taking the test e for 12 weeks. I'm 52 in good health. any advice. this is my first cycle. 6' 1" 250.

    You know this is the "one on one with staff" section? You might have better luck in the QA section.

    Anyway, I wouldn't add tren in your first cycle.

    Are you on HRT or TRT?

    well, like I said before, I wouldn't add the tren for your first run.

    Are you on HRT or TRT?

    No not on HRT or TRT. Was looking to lose some fat. I have read how good and bad tren can be. thats my the low dose

    tren is for the more experienced user esp tren e, stays in your system for a few weeks and its sides, just stick to the test for your 1st, have you pct lined up?

    pct is ready. any gear other then tren to help cut up. would like to lose about 25 pounds of fat and keep my growth. new at this but must learn. thanks

    100mgs is not a low dose. Tren will not burn the fat you are hoping for.
    You say you are 6'1" at 250 but What we really need to know is what your body fat index is.
    I agree with D7M You need tobe carefull. Your muscles will strengthen faster than your tendons and ligaments, So be carefull. I say you need more time in the gym before starting your cycle.

    of course 100mgs of tren PER WEEK is too low a dose and he posted 23% bf

    diet I think I got. losing about 1 1/2 pounds a week. cardio 20 min a day. just trying to make sure I don't lose gains.

    your 250 with 23% BF,, id up the cardio to 30min
