The new way of taking clomid/nolv. What is the deal?

Guys, i'm coming off a cycle of a test enth./deca cycle...What is the deal w/ the new way I see of taking nolvadex & clomid?

for example.. i followed in the past 6 years w/ 3 cycles under my belt (this being #3) the steroid cycles chart in the begining of this site:

example only - day1: 300mg of clomid, 100mg/day for the next 2 weeks & 50mgs/day on last week.

Nolvadex 20mgs/day for entire cycle plus PCT.

NEW WAY - (from what i've seen & can remember)
Example: Nolv. 40/30/20/20 - dont know what this means..??

Can somebody help me out on the "NEW" proper way to take PCT or should I just stick to whats in the cycle chart?

if higher doses of clomid didnt bother you than stick with it,,, lots of lower protocals were put out there becuase many people have sides at high doses of clomid

300mg/day is way too much clomid. You can acheive just as good results without all the extra, often emotional, sides that come with that high a dose of clomid.

A pretty solid pct, imo, would look like this:

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

That being the dose each day, and each week. So week 1 is 100mg clomid per day.

thanks D7 & chuck.. I think that sounds better to me. Can't remember clomid giving me emotional effects, but again its been 2 years since last cycle..

CHECK OUT MY NEW AVATAR...! i tried to get close up but cant figure how to do it.. 14lb gain.. Current stat 5'4" 178lbs.. looking to still make more weight before cutting by march.
