    so many mixed answers

    Ok guys i just started my 2nd cycle yesterday and it consist of 125mg every other day of test prop and 200 mg twice a week of decca

    im added dbol into this but i was told to start it right away and a member on here told me to start it 4 weeks after ive started this other stuff

    i get so many mixed answers and its a lot of money and my health to be going through trial and error

    the guy that gives me all my advice has 20 inch biceps and is around 230 he seems to know a lot about it but i still do my own research because just because hes big doesnt mean he knows everything about steroids

    please tell me whats the best amount and when to start my dbol and if anything else i need to change about my cycle

    im 28 years old 5 foot nine around 190 lbs

    im anxious to start the dbol right away but im not stupid so when will it be most affective i plan on running 30mg a day

    most would run the dbol weeks 1-4 at 30 to 40mg/day

    do your dbol 4-6 from the start

    i guess i understood it wrong and he meant to do it for up to six weeks from the start

    well i started my cycle yesterday

    so i guess i better get to taking my dbol im going to take 40mg a day then

    they are 10mg a piece
    and i have 120 so that should make it for at least 4-6 weeks
    or maybe ill take 30 mg

    im just going to start with 30 and see how it does

    will it be ok to just go ahead and start tonight with a two doses

    how far should i seperate them time wise

    I would run 40 mg a day, but that is just me, and you can take them all at once about 1 1/2 hours before working out, or you can take one with in morning, one in the afternoon and one at night. Just try different approaches and find what suits you best. Everyone is different, what works for one may work different for another.
