Once again sorry for the stupid threads, i've read up on previous threads regarding pumps and so on.
this isn't a lower back pump, im on test only and 2-3 sets into my workout and i'm so PUMPED in that muscle that i can't perform another set... and i have to finish my workout early..
it's annoying but yet good same time.
Anybody experience this?
It's annoying in the sense that i've got a planned 12-15 sets and i can usually at max get through about 5 and then i'm done..
I stretch em out and everything but it seems to do nothing.
any down sides to this guys?that's me getting laughed at
