    tbol/var cycle

I already know im gonna get flammed for a oral only cycle. Im sure i get, use test blah blah blah. For good reasons its not gonna happen. Im here for simply a answer to a few questions.

I ran a tbol only cycle and had good results. I ran it for 4 weeks. 30mg 2 weeks/40mg 2 weeks. I had good results stacking it with protein/creatine/l- glutamine/n.o. Xplode/multi vitamins.

I wanna do the same but add in sam var with it. My question is should i run them together for 4 weeks or t bol 4 weeks and var 2 weeks.

Im looking to gain lean mass and cut what i have. I know the two oral rule which is why I was thinking 4 weeks tbol then 2 weeks var

I was thinking this cycle here

    Tbol
    30mg 2weeks
    40mg 2weeks

    var
    30mg 1 week
    40mg 1 week

    milk thistle
    nolva post

    no xplode
    creatine
    protein
    l-glutamine
    multi vit
    flax seed oil

    im 27 yo, 5' 9" 175, 14%bf

Thanks ahead of time for the help. Also thnx for no BS.

5'9" at 175 with 14%bf after your tbol cycle is not impressive. I know guys that do oral only cycles and some do well although it's not advised. But you have to have your training and diet on point to make it worthwhile.

How long have you been training?

I was wanting to do an Oral only cycle as well, but was going to use Dbol and Winny. I'm 6'2", 190, been working out for about 5 years now, 30 years old. I play sports, so my goal is mostly strength, secondly size. Everything I read now suggests to add inject test to the stack for best results. How much test would I need to get for a short 4-6 week cycle. Yes, I'm a noob, first cycle ever, hence the reason for orals only to start. My diet is good, only fast food I eat is Chipotle 1 every 2 weeks. Home cooked chicken and fish most all the time. No junk food at all.

first off, weavz, quit jacking my thread and start you own.

I was only 170 before the 4 weeks. I have been training for about 4 years. I didnt start doing a lot of weight lifting till about 3 years ago. I always played sports and stuff growing up so BF wasnt an issue. thanks to genetics it is now. all my fat goes to my belly and nowhere else so ive never put on mass.

My theroy from my research is that for what i want to do tbol with var to cut some would be good for me. 180-185 with 8% bf is prolly about where id like to be.

If i were you, i would concentrate more on my diet and training aspect here rather then looking towards using juice just yet, i think the guys are right your results are poor and i think it may be down to ur diet and training..

def. not diet. im a cert nutritionist. i eat 26-2800 calories a day to try and bulk. i use all the right supplements. My whole family is obese and all fat goes right to my belly. I can burn it off but i cant turn any into muscle. I train 5-6 days a week. i break down my training into muscle groups. i change my workout every 4-5 weeks. I alwayas seem to get stronger, just not bigger. BTW, I had my bf down to 11% during the summer. But with moving, work and getting married my workout sufferd.

My stats during the summer was 180/11%. So tbol was a good cycle for me.

You said you are 174 at 14% now??? But during the summer 180 at 11%?

You need help with your training if your diet is on point. Don't waste your time with AAS. You have to have everything else down first, and you dont.
