    First Cycle Dbol + Sustanon Dosage Question

    Hey everyone,

    Just wanted to say hi. This will be my first cycle ever, and i am going to use Dbol and Sustanon. I have been lifting for about 2 years now and have recently started a diet plan taken of this site. Im eating about 3000+ calories a day with about 200+ grams of protein. All i was able to order was a 10ml vial of Sustanon and 100 10mg Dbol's. From reading a lot of people use test as a base but in my infinite wisdom i thought for at once would be a good idea, but now im not sure i have enough to do a proper cycle with the sustanon. I was planning on taking 30mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks and 300 mg of sustanon for eight weeks. I have read that most people reccomend doing at least 400-500 of test for there cycled, would i be wasting my time with only 300 a week? Also, can i up my dbol does to 40 a day w/o going overboard? I want to minimize the water weight if at all possible. I am planning on taking nolva and clomid for pct as well as using HCG towards the end of the cycle and through the pct. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks everyone.

    You're pretty small for 6 feet, would recommend doing a proper year of training with a good diet, but for your question dbol at 40mg worked for me at 185 lbs, got a little but of water retention but I am not prone to water retention, most people get alot because dbol is the master at water retention, and test also has water retention.

    if you are cycling dbol and test, your boys are probably gonna shrink before the end of the cycle so you might need to start hcg before the end.

    and 300 is a low dose for test, most places i've read for beginner was 400 to 500.

    I also think if you wanna reduce your water retention you can intake arimidex during your cycle, but not 100% sure might have some seniors that can help out with what's its called.

    would the sustanon not have much of an effect at 300mg a week? I just need to know if i should order more because i would be wasting my time at the current dose or if i should run the cycle like it is so i can see if this is something that im intrested in doing more in the future before i spend more than i already have. I realize that i am on the small side size wise but i have been dieting and training for the last two years and have gained 15 lbs of lean muscle that way but i have hit a plateau.

    Are you training at a gym? at home? at school?

    What are you goals? Do you want to add 10 lbs of mass, compete in bodybuilding, etc.?

    i train at the gym about 5-6 days a week for about an hour. I would love to have about 15 lbs of mass. I see a lot of guys who gain 25-30lbs but if i got 15 i would be happy.

    You've said you've just recently started a diet plan. Without the proper diet, you will never reach your goals regardless of AAS use. So, you're on the right track.

    At 6' tall, you should be able to reach 200+ lbs with proper diet and training alone. You need to continue to educate yourself on training and diet. Diet for adding size and diet for maintenance, etc. The same goes for training. Steroids will not give you what you want if you don't have these things in place first. Most likely you could exceed your goals naturally.

    Here's what will happen: you'll do a cycle, gain some weight from it and then after PCT, you'll lose everything. Because at 6 feet tall and 165lbs, you don't know how to eat correctly to gain as well as maintain the gains you've just made.
    I would wait a while till you can naturally gain weight and get to a reasonable starting weight of at least 185lbs. It doesn't happen over night and can get frustrating, but you have to perservere and push through the plateaus and eventually you'll be ready to cycle.

    I was 180lbs when I started a sust/dbol cycle. I did 40mg dbol/ed for 4 weeks. I did 500mg/ew of sustanon for 12 weeks. it was awesome. I gained 25 lbs in 6 weeks. It was great but I retained a lot of water. My face was puffy. When I finished PCT, I retained 15lbs out of 25lbs. The diet's SOOOOOOOOOOO important in the cycle. Sr's talk about it all the time but I don't think Jr's listen well. They're much more interested in the AAS gains over maintaining their gains. That was also my mistake. I was eating really strict through my cycle until after PCT. When I went of my diet I gained fat. Dang, all that work and now I have to go back to cutting fat.
