    Advice On First Cycle

    This is what im planning for my first cycle.

    Test Cyp 600mg a week wks 1-12
    1-Test Cyp 200mg a week wks 1-12

    I know that 1-Test is normally run at higher amounts but I only have enough for the length of my cycle and I think it will be enough because its my first cycle.

    I have read alot of the pct threads on here and there awesome I just wanted some personal advice on what a good pct would be for this specific cycle.

    did you mean something else other tht cyp twice?

    I'd stick to just the test cyp for your first cycle.

    No i meant 1-Test Cyp (Dihydroboldenone)

    Its actually 1-test with a cyp ester.

    Ya I have read alot of theses great posts! I should have explained better I plan on running nolva and clomid already just wondering the dosages that others would recommend. There seems to be alot of different opinions. Also I can get some hcg and didnt know if its even needed. Hope this helps thanks for a quick response.

    age?
    height?
    weight?
    body fat?
    years training?

    Sorry did miss it.

    Stats:

    age 25
    weight 175
    height 6'
    bf 12%

    Training solid for 2 years now have my diet down great. Actually refered to this site for most of training and diet. I was training inconsistent for about 3 years prior to the last 2.

    I wouldn't say HCG is necessary on a simple test only cycle, but it will make recovery easier.

    Your light which makes me think your diet needs work, but regarding the cycle just stick with 400-500mgs of cyp per wk, dont be starting at a higher dosage it isnt needed, learn to walk first before you start running.

    When would you recommend starting hcg and at what dosage if I decide to go that route?

    I agree the only reason for 600mg was because the test cyp is 300mg/ml made it easy to breakdown in the pin.

    The 1-test which im not sure if any of you are familiar with (no disrespect seems not many have read about it) is 100mg/ml so I figured I would add 200mg a week to burn it up plus it sounds like a awesome compound.

    Diet:

    Morning shake with 1 cup of oatmeal and scoop of peanut butter 6:30am

    Meal 1- packet of plain oatmeal or grits and 2 cans of tuna 9:30am

    Meal 2- rice or baked potato with a chicken breast 12:30pm

    bowl of grits before workout
    workout 3:00pm
    shake right after

    snack hour after pack of tuna

    Meal 3-rice or baked potato and eithwr chicken breast or real lean ground beef with some veggies 5:30pm

    protein shake before bed

    in between meals ill snack on rice cakes, chees cubes, peanut butter, peanuts, cottage cheese sometimes. etc

    If you eat all of that and every day then you must be an ectomorph! Just be sure to add calories to ur diet when your on.

    ECTOMORPH HAHA....I would say im lean yes my goal is lean mass with this cycle but definantely plan on eating alot more calories while on cycle because im sure ill be burning thru alot more and def want to make gains.

    Any good diet plans while on a cycle anyone could recommend?
