Another first cycle critique
Age: 29
hieght: 5'9
Weight: 170 (up from 140 last 8 months studying diet section)
BF%: 10-12%
Training: 2 years lifting, 5 years prior military workouts.
Cycle Exp: First
I understand that my weight is on the lower side but i am genically very thin and have worked hard to get this far, along with doing plenty of research I believe I am ready to cycle. Any suggestions appreciated.
Week 1 - 12: Test Cyp 2 X 250mg mon/thurs
Week 1 - 4: 30mg Dbol daily
Week 6 - 14: 90mg Anavar daily (have on hand, undecided)
Week 11 - 14: HCG 2 X 500 iu weekly
PCT: Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
L-Dex 0.5mg EOD
DIET: From my research I am satisfied with the meal combinations that contain Pro, Carbs and Fat rather than pro/fat, pro/carb as our bodies are designed to handle this comination and my results so far show that my body accepts it well.
Meal 1: 5:30am
4 x egg white (+ 2 full egs) pro 27g/carb 2g/fat 5g Calories: 247
1 scoop whey protien: pro 22g/carb 27g/fat 2g calories: 215
1.5 cup oats 110g: Pro 14g/Carb 62g/Fat 10g calories 416
Meal 2: 8:30am
Smoked chicken breast: Pro 77g/fat 9g Calories: 410
Fish oil 10ml
Meal 3: 11:30am
Wholegrain pasta 50g : Pro 13g/Carb 35g/Fat 1.5g Calories 177
Lean beef with sauce 100g: Pro 27g/Carb 5g/Fat 15g Calories: 190
Meal 4: 3:00pm
Tuna 300g whole grain crackers: Pro 56g/Carb 45g/Fat 35g Calories: 745
WORKOUT: 6:00pm
Meal 6: 7:00pm PWO
Shake : Pro 65g/Carb 80g/Fat 7g Calories:650
Meal 7: 8:00pm
Chicken Breast 250g: Pro 77g/Carb 0/Fat 9g Calories 410
Brown rice: Pro 10g/Carb 86g/Fat 8g Calories 472

Either do the dbol or anavar but not both. I would prefer var but that's just personal preference given I hate water retention, and if you go with var then 60mg should suffice.
I prefer the PCT dosage to be a little lower, something like this
50/50/50/50
20/20/20/20
I like the HCG , some start it earlier in the cycle at a lower dosage but that's really your call, either way you will recover faster.

HCG probably wont be necessary, its not a very heavy cycle, but your call.
like Aizen said dont do two orals. i like var, but most first timers complain thst they dont "feel" anything till week 4-6. so i would suggest kick starting with the dbol to make you happy, and save a "is my gear fake/when does test kick in" thread later.
if you gained 30lbs in 8 months why not stick with it for alittle longer and see if you can tack on another 10 or 20lbs natty?

First cycle :
I recommend no anavar or d-bol .
You will do great with the test .
The reason I believe straight test is enough :
The slower increase in strength is safer .
Once your muscles , tendons and ligaments have been stressed , the front load won't be so stress full .
