    Newbie Could use some help Guy's

    I Just got 200 5mg Russian
    D-bol's . This is my first time
    trying anything this strong.
    In the past I have stuck
    with Winny and Deca . What
    is the best way to take
    this. What is the lowest
    dose i can take. Also what
    should I be taking with to
    help stop the side effects.
    Any advice on this would
    be great. What are the
    side effects, that some of
    you have got! I hear if you
    take a low dose you can
    avoid all side effects but
    you will get less gains. I am
    fine with that!!

    The best way to take dbol ? Orally. Anally can really be pain in the ass.

    Seriously this has been gone over time and time. BUT just for you I'll give my opinion once again. DO NOT take dbol by its self. Your overall gains in the end will be minimal at best. Stack it with test at least. Test/deca or test/eq is even better.
