Clen - Wait while coming off EC?

I'm interested in trying some oral clen for 2 weeks on/off with nothing else, i'm currently almost at 4 weeks of my first EC stack. Had decent results but would just like to compare with clen. I'm not on or ever taken anything else.

Do I need to wait a certain period of time after coming off the EC to start clen? I know I can't just drop the caffeine off cold, but not sure how that would work with taking clen?

Any advice would be appreciated.

yes i would wait a few weeks to let your receptors refresh....clen and ephedra are both beta 2 antagonists so if you give your body a break youll be able to make a better comparison....

Thanks for the replies. So I know I can drop the ephedrine without tapering down.. But the caffeine i will taper down over time.

Figure it only matters about the ephedrine being stopped for 2 weeks, right?

Thats why you need a break.

I never heard you need a break from caffeine though?

well im taking a 2 week break then from Ephedrea until my clen comes in. started doing C/Y stack
