    "the steroid flu" ???

    Hello dose any one know anything about "the steroid flu" I heard that you get a bad flu the first time you start any kind of AAS but I have never read about it anywhere jus wanted to know if it was true

    some do and some dont, last about 24 hours for me then felt great only had it once... NO BIG DEAL

    I wouldn't say it happens your first time for everyone....happened to me on my 3rd. I believe. Some people never get it. Very short lived and was gone quickly.

    Only had it on high dosages. I think its a immune response to aas that displace homeostasis.

    I got really sick and had to cut my Cycle Short, I Believe it was do to Over-Training. I completely ran my Immune system into the ground. Next time I will make sure to Take plenty of Vitamins while running a Cycle.
