Infection or am i just tripping?

So did 1 cc of sustanon 250 in my left shoulder, 4 days ago. My arms been sore since the shot and it's been getting pretty red and itchy. The pains not that bad and there are no signs of having a fever. It's kind of odd how the itchiness and redness is in my tricep and not my shoulder.

Am i just tripping or is this a possible infection. Heres a picture.

Too early to say. Sounds like you hit a nerve. I've had that happen where it will itch a little and get a weird tingle even burn. Remember you have nerves all over your body in reality you can't pin yourself with out pissing some of these guys off. One time I shot my delt and my pinky got tingly like it fell asleep. In my case it never last more than a couple of days. I wouldn't worry too much man. In a few more days you'll likely be laughing at how paranoid you were! If it goes from bad to worse and you get swelling and increased redness, plus a fever - well then you might have something...but you got to give it atleast 10 days in most cases.

Thanks for the info, hopefully your right!

I have a few friends also cycling, some of them have simliar symptoms as me but they are gone in a few days. It usually takes me a week for just the soreness to completely go away, my body must not like it haha.

    Anyone else have any input?

Sorry mate, but I can't view the pic. Is it getting better or worse? Spreading? Tender and firm to touch? Does it feel hot? If yes, consider a possible infection. If no, maybe just some inflammatory reaction that can be treated with an over the counter NSAID (ie. ibuprofen), warm/cool compresss, massage, etc.

In the case of infection, you'll need to see someone for some antibiotics (ie. Keflex [Cephalexin] 500mg 4 times a day for 7 days)
