Hey guys im new and maybe this should be in NEWBIE THREAD please move if its the case.
Im from Australia and i weigh 128KG im 184 CM and im rather fat you can safely say. i have been training MMA now for 2 months regulary although havent noticed improvments with pyshical image, inside my muscle and etc i feel great and im alot more solid muscled although i have and abundance of fat surrounding me and its got to the point were im loosing my head and desperatley trying to find a way out of this shit. im not looking for the maddest looking body i just want definition and no PILLOWS hanging of my body. in other words LOOK GOOD.
i have gotten my hands on 250mg Nandrolone and SUSTANON 250 also i have CLEN. (powder form).
Help me in saying this is right for my body and will help me get more filled out and if so how should i be taking it what days etc. ( AGAIN I APOLOGISE FOR THIS BUT I FIND WEBSITE TO CONFUSING FOR CORRECT INFORMATION I APOLOGISE) PS i have no idea what im doing.![]()
