    Thumbs up Help on my first cycle

    Hey guys im new and maybe this should be in NEWBIE THREAD please move if its the case.

    Im from Australia and i weigh 128KG im 184 CM and im rather fat you can safely say. i have been training MMA now for 2 months regulary although havent noticed improvments with pyshical image, inside my muscle and etc i feel great and im alot more solid muscled although i have and abundance of fat surrounding me and its got to the point were im loosing my head and desperatley trying to find a way out of this shit. im not looking for the maddest looking body i just want definition and no PILLOWS hanging of my body. in other words LOOK GOOD.

    i have gotten my hands on 250mg Nandrolone and SUSTANON 250 also i have CLEN . (powder form).

    Help me in saying this is right for my body and will help me get more filled out and if so how should i be taking it what days etc. ( AGAIN I APOLOGISE FOR THIS BUT I FIND WEBSITE TO CONFUSING FOR CORRECT INFORMATION I APOLOGISE) PS i have no idea what im doing.

    I think you mean clen , not clem.

    Anyway, you don't need any of those things at all if you're overweight, my friend.

    Be patient, keep working hard, staying strict on the diet and cardio. Go post in the diet forum for advice on that, and remember you didn't put the weight on over night, you're not going to loose it over night.

    But I assure you, steroids are not the answer for you.

    100% agree with D7 on this one head over to the diet forum and get your diet sorted,using steroids while being over weight is not a good idea

    ^^^ I agree. You sound a bit like how I was when I started training 4 years ago I was about 35% body fat now I have got that right down. It will take time get a good diet cut out all the fast carbs like sugar and do cardio three times a week after you have done your weights.

    So a good diet weights and cardio is the best way for you.

    yeh guys i understand where everybody is comnig from, if i do decide to inject whats going to happen. right now im fat and i do cardio 3 times a week with weights on gap days. will i get fatter or can i use this to bulk up and get looking decent i know it aint no miricle shit but man i have the products . i dont wanna waste them.

    Don't use that as an excuse...they won't go bad. Keep them in room temp away from sunlight, and use it as your motivator to loose the weight: once you get down to a decent body fat, you have something to look forward to.

    your right im looking for excuses but man im ****ing trying my literal hardest im eating a steady diet having my protein cutting out most carbs except fruit n veg and dude im traing wieghts three times a week and MMA on the other three days.
    its starting to piss me off

    You didn't put that weight on over night, did you? Well, you're certainly not going to take off that quick either.

    Relax and stay focused.

    Start a thread in the diet section...lots of knowledgeable guys over there...

    Yep let's have a look at that diet in detal, and you may want to revise the "cardio 3 times a week" if you're serious about shedding the fat.

    wake up in the morning and have a scoop of protien on my oats with a low fat milk. snack 1 is a can of tuna followed by lunch i have chicken carrot lettuce cucumber and avacado all mixed another can of tuna and for dinner i make sure to have either chicken or a nice red meat my shakes i take after my workout sorry if this is a shit diet but man im a full NEWB and found this site by chance and im just pist off because i let myself go out like this and i really want to fight but dude ill die just getting in ring let alone lasting rounds. HELPPP
