Stack Deca w/ First Cycle?

The following link specifies a novice cycle with deca ...

... but then also specifies that "The following cycles are not intended to be used by people who have never cycled before. You should have completed at least one or two cycles before considering the ones below."

So is stacking Deca with Test-E a bad idea for a first cycle? If so, why?

you generally don't want to run two compounds for your first cycle, or you won't know which one is giving you any potential sides.

what's your height? weight? body fat? years training?

Height - 5' 9"
Weight - 185-190lb
Body Fat - Probably 15%?
Years Training - 2

I've got a friend I've been training with for about a year now. He was previously a pro athlete and has cycled before and is now starting another cycle. He was the one that suggested I try a cycle with him but at the same time he and his peers have been doing this stuff for years and I think he may be recommending things that might be true for a seasoned pro but not a newbie.

P.S. A clean high-calorie diet isn't a problem for me.

Also I misspoke before, I have nadrolone UNdecanoate... so Dynabolan.

So then a first cycle should be just one compound? Would that mean I do the Test-E and nothing else? I have 250mg/ml Test-E but was going to only do 400mg per week (like the novice cycles on here suggest).

Also... this guy was a strength coach for a D1 college football team, so I've been training correctly and intensely for the last year. Don't want you to think I just go into a gym and throw weights around for 20 minutes.

So it's ok to stack dianobol to a first cycle? Is it just injectables that are good to avoid stacking together for a first time? Would you recommend I stack dianabol or just do the test-e alone?

you should grow fine with just test.

i would save the deca for your second cycle. I did test only my first cycle and saw very good gains. I am doing test and deca starting next week for my second cycle. I am satisfied with the way I have done it so far

your pct meds are taken orally, not by injection. And I think nolva/clomid will suffice for your pct.

I wouldn't suggest letro at this point. It's way to powerful, and since this is your first cycle, you don't know if you will even need an AI. I'd have a-dex (l-dex) on hand just in case.

50mg of clomid for 30 days would be better, could even drop down to 25mg half way through. 100mg of clomid is just too high

yes have letro on hand in case of full blown gyno. if you catch it early, like an itchy or irritated nip, there are other methods to control it without having to use the letro

Run adex if u are worried.... i am not a fan of letro unless completely needed.....

It looks like Arimidex (anastrozole) isn't available through research places like www.ar-r.com

I'm guessing I should talk to my Test source about aquiring this? Online pharms all look like they require scripts.
