    Steroid help

    I am at 18 years of age and I want to take want I really want for anyone to do is tell me what type I should take with these stats. Also could anyone post a workout scheduled with this equipment.
    Age:18
    Weight:136
    Height:5'5
    Equipment: (2) 25lbs weights
