    New script lil help?

So I am on day 30 now of letro and still not seeing nor feeling any noticeable results just squishy behind breast. Do I go higher or lower or continue at 2.5 for a few more weeks? I also went to an endocrine doctor and he perscribed me tamoxifen tabs 10mg x2 a day. Should I include this in my daily routine or will running both of them simultaneously have no greater effect. im about 5'6" around 155 no idea bf% guessing around 15% will post pic if needed.

    3 months old.

    (just checked).

That may be a tough one, as it may be really hard to reverse if at all.

SO should i continue with the letro for maybe another week or just taper off it. I dunno why he scribed me the tamox as it only blocks receptors and doesnt diminish it whatsoever...

Are you perscribing the letro, or your doc?

And if so, does he have all the facts surounding this?

There is a good read that will help you.

I read the thread a little already, ill look more in depth into it, but My doctor perscribed me the tamox not knowing i was already taking letro and I told him that the gyno was most likely casued by prohormones(almost positive)

Being it has been 3 months and 30 days non-responsive, is not a good sign.

I would go back and let him know your taking letro also.

The nolva, being a serm, really will do nothing now.IMHO, since the estrogen has done it's damage all ready.

Read the thread, as it is long in nature.

I would get this straightened out by you and your doctor.

I am not a doctor, but do know some things.

That's a good dose of letro to be consuming ed, and have no results.

I would stick with it for awile, and just know that surgery may be the end option.

But lets wait and see what happens with your doctor and yourself, as well as your related gyno issue.

Lol, its funny but you really have to ask questions like that sometimes, cuz people don't want to give the whole truth.
But to the OP, I had gyno when I first started and didn't do anything for 3, almost 4 months (cuz I was an uneducated newbie). But I ran Letro and it didn't remove the lumps, but it reversed the Gyno and I didn't develop any fat tissue after. I hope the best bro, maybe up your dose a little? I wouldn't give up on treatment quite yet man, adjust the Letro accordingly to yourself and you might still have hope!

After reading the articles about how effective tamox can be alone I think I am going to start to ween off the liquid and start taking what was originally perscribed for me and see how that works out. one question tho if the tabs are 10mg each do I take them together or spread it out through my day (lunch/dinner) or (morning/night)

how long did it take to reverse gyno? and what exactly are LUMPS i feel something behind my nip just a tiny little bump.. the rest feels squishy like freeplay tissue almost i guess it can be described. Also how much more to increase the dose I thought 2.5 was already a high end amount

It's a tough place to be.

The best way to cure gyno is prevention.

But when someone comes on and doesn't understand what to do and what may happen, it sucks for everyone.

The best thing would have been to be on an AI or at least a serm on his pro hormone cycle.

Next would be to jump on letro asap, and not 2 months down the road.

Now, he has to contend with this.

    To the OP:

You can try to adjust your letro and give it more time, but I suggest since your doctor is involved now, try to straighten it out with him.

If not satisfied, and If your own efforts are non-productive, see a another specialist.

The doc just wants me to take the perscribed tamox daily which I am considering trying pretty soon.. adjust letro in what way?

I was young and dumb and didnt know much about the whole thing and was told that novadexht would be all i needed for a pct with prohormones.. now I know not to just listen to one person and research it. we all make mistakes we arnt proud of I'll admit this..

30 days of letro and you're not noticing any shrinkage at all?

Not a good sign, my man.

Just so you know there is no such thing as reversing gyno. Sure, you may be able the tissue may go into apoptosis, but it even if it shrinks to the point where you can't feel it, it's still there.

The only way to fully get rid of it is surgery.

I'd go and tell your doc about the letro, taper off it, and continue the nolva for as long as he has you on it. Some users have experienced success in treating gyno with longer term nolva use.

Don't beat yourself up about it now.

We are all on a learning curve of sorts.

    Good luck.

I know it won't go away comepletely, just as long as it's not noticeable would be fine with me. When I taper off the last day with .25 i take nolva the same day correct? just wanted to clear that up so it doesnt rebound in anyway.

mtsoul32, don't worry about it and don't beat yourself up. I've had some gyno since puberty, and I think I also didn't take care of myself well on one of the cycles I was on and it got worse.

So I am curious about this as well. Will taking letro or nolva at least shrink the gyno to the point it isn't really noticeable? Once you do that, does the gyno "come back", so to speak, under any conditions? I'm feeling like I finally want to tackle this problem once and for all, but can't afford surgery right now.

I still wanna know If I shoul start taking it now. I'm at 1.5mg of letro tomorrow will be 1mg.
