    Anavar short cycle

I just want to take a 4 week cycle of anavar. What kind of strength gains should I expect? What are the chances of side effects?

I was just out of wrestling for the last month and a half due to an injury and I was not lookin for huge gains, just an advantage getting back in shape and gaining strength back.

18 is way to young to even be thinking about gear. You have tons of natural test right now and you should use that to grow, and build a solid foundation.

    What's your diet like now?

I eat healthy since I am coming back and I've been maintaining my weight. High protien diet, carbs, the whole deal. If I shouldn't take any gear is there any supps that would do the same thing and get me in shape asap?

well if you listed your complete diet, we may be able to help you tweak it a bit.

As far as supps, the only things you really need, imo are BCAA's, creatine mono, and possibly whey.

But those things won't get you in shape asap, in fact nothing will. Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint, my friend.

My diet varies but i try to eat whole grain cereal, eggs, fruit, things like that for breakfast. I usually get a mix of protien and carbs at every meal for 4-5 meals a day. How well do BCAA's actually work?
